Responsibilities

• Register patients accurately and enter information into computer systems.
• Verify benefits for non pre-registered patients and collect co-payments.
• Maintain efficient, accurate, and timely patient registration process.
• Pre-register scheduled patients at least three business days in advance.
• Ensure confidentiality and HIPAA compliance in all interactions.
• Coordinate with physician offices and scheduling to prepare information before arrival.
• Document and reconcile cash collected; balance cash at end of shift.
