Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• Basic keyboarding skills required.
• Epic Scheduling experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Word expected.

Responsibilities

• Greets patients and family members, collects and verifies demographic, clinical, financial, and insurance information during (pre)-registration, handles payments or guides payment options, and clears patients for service delivery.
