Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year in patient access or similar role.
• Proven customer service experience and ability to communicate clearly.
• Basic familiarity with medical terminology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collects all pertinent information to register patients for exams or tests.
• Schedule exams and coordinate multiple modalities schedules.
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits.
• Collect payments and establish payment arrangements.
• All other assigned duties related to Environmental Services.
