Responsibilities

• Register patients and greet visitors.
• Verify insurance eligibility and collect payments.
• Answer and direct calls at the reception.
• Prepare paperwork for examinations and evaluations.
• Check in patients for appointments in NextGen.
• Enter patient demographics and insurance information daily.
• Cover other clinics as needed.
• Ensure members are enrolled in the Patient Portal.
• Daily mail pickup and supply ordering.
