Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Register patients accurately and verify insurance information.
• Handle cash, coins, and co-pays with accuracy.
• Assist with pre-admission and pre-registration processes.
• Provide friendly, professional service and assist other departments as needed.
• Maintain privacy and comply with regulations.
