Responsibilities

• Assist with inpatient/outpatient registration and insurance verifications.
• Collect financial payments and coordinate Medicare, pre-certifications, and referrals.
• Provide general information and guidance to patients and guests.
• Support registration for multiple locations and maintain accurate records.
• Utilize multiple system applications to conduct analysis and generate reports.
• Ensure quality, confidentiality, and safety in accordance with Trinity Health policies.
