Responsibilities

• Assists patients during on-site registration and arrival for scheduled and unscheduled visits.
• Collects accurate demographic information, insurance information, and patient liability at the time of service.
• Performs financial clearance functions on assigned scheduled accounts during registration downtimes.
• Provides miscellaneous client service activities including valuables collection and basic customer service.
• Greets and serves patients in a professional, friendly, and respectful manner to promote positive encounters.
