Qualifications

• 2 years of Patient Accounting experience in a healthcare setting.
• Extensive Customer Service Skills and competency with computer applications.
• Knowledge of follow-up processes for third-party, government, and patient accounts.

Responsibilities

• Perform billing, collections, and follow-ups for patient accounts.
• Identify and respond to claim denial and postings error trends.
• Conduct thorough research on claims to maintain coding integrity.
