Responsibilities

• Assist patients during on-site registration and arrival for scheduled and unscheduled visits.
• Collect accurate demographic and insurance information and determine patient liability at time of service.
• Complete financial clearance functions for assigned accounts.
• Greet patients professionally and ensure compliant, timely data documentation.
