Qualifications

• 6 months of healthcare experience in Business office, Hospital or Medical Office setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients during on-site registration and arrival for scheduled and unscheduled visits.
• Complete financial clearance functions and collect patient liability at time of service.
• Register unscheduled visits with accurate demographics and insurance information.
• Provide miscellaneous client service such as valuables collection and general customer service.
• Greet and serve patients in a professional, friendly, and respectful manner.
