Qualifications

• 1 year of healthcare experience in Business Office, Hospital or Medical Office setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients during the registration process for scheduled and unscheduled visits.
• Complete the registration by collecting accurate demographic information and insurance details, obtain prior authorizations as needed, handle insurance notifications, complete financial clearance, and collect patient liability when applicable.
