Qualifications

• 6+ months of customer service experience in an office/hospital setting.
• Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to work on a Per Diem basis under a variety of different shift times, supporting a 24/7 operation.
• Ability to attend 3 weeks of training within standard daytime hours upon hire.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Greets and welcomes patient in person.
• Collects demographic and insurance information and completes paperwork.
• Directs patient to their appointment or procedure.
• Verifies insurance eligibility and benefits information.
• Obtains signatures and assists with forms as needed.
• Provides customer service for inbound and outbound calls.
