Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
• Open to exploring new processes and AI-enabled improvements.

Responsibilities

• Pre-register patient accounts before visits.
• Verify eligibility and enter benefit data to POS systems.
• Explain consent forms and distribute patient education documents.
• Collect and record insurance information and patient financial liabilities.
• Assist with point-of-service collections and past due balances.
• Explain patient demographics and obtain necessary signatures.
