Job summary

• Handle high call volumes; route calls to appropriate department.
• Verify patient demographics and insurance; ensure documents are complete.
• Explain and obtain signatures on forms (ABN, MSP, Authorization).
• Collect co-pays and discuss financial responsibility at or before service.
