Responsibilities

• Obtain photo ID, insurance cards, signed forms, and orders, and scan into medical record.
• Maintain system work queues and handle registration/admission duties.
• Answer phones, fax, scan, DPMs, and other duties as assigned.
• Cross-train with System Scheduling, Authorization, & Referrals to assist as needed.
• Work with staff to ensure smooth, timely patient flow and maximize reimbursement.
• Promote harmonious intra- and inter-department relationships and deliver quality customer service.
