Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors professionally.
• Complete patient registration and verify demographics and insurance.
• Collect and post patient payments in the practice management system.
• Balance and reconcile daily payment transactions.
• Maintain and organize patient medical records.
• Answer incoming calls and direct to the proper department.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance in all tasks.
• Scan and file clinical documentation timely.
