Mercy Medical Center in Springfield, MA is seeking a Patient Access Representative to handle pre-registration, registration and admission functions for the Emergency Department. Orientation is 2-3 weeks on day shift, Monday through Friday.
The role includes verifying insurance requirements, upfront collections, data entry in Meditech, and coordinating bed assignments. You will complete all phases of the registration process and support patient rights and directives.

Pay Range: $17-24hr
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
