Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Obtain demographic, billing and insurance information and enter into registration/billing systems.
• Explain insurance options, hospital procedures and payment responsibilities to patients.
• Collect deposits, co-pays and other payments and document them in the systems.
• Balance daily receipts and assist with order verification and scheduling per workflow.
