Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer, screen, and route incoming calls as central clinic contact.
• Register patients and input demographic/insurance data accurately.
• Explain policies, obtain signatures, and ensure confidentiality.
• Assist with billing, co-pays, and pre-visit scheduling.
• Maintain EHR data, verify insurance eligibility, and prepare patient files.
