Responsibilities

• Review recordings to assess adherence to policies and customer service standards.
• Provide detailed, constructive feedback and coaching based on quality reviews.
• Lead coaching sessions with team leads based on findings.
• Identify recurring performance gaps and develop improvements to service quality.
