Job summary

Azend Pharma is seeking a Patient Liaison in Montclair, NJ to serve as the connection between our specialty pharmacy, healthcare providers, and patients. You will facilitate processing, approvals, and dispensing of prescribed medications, while applying your clinical knowledge and sales acumen to improve access and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Health-care experience preferred, ideally in a specialty pharmacy.
• Strong communication, customer service, and sales skills.
• Knowledge of medication administration and payer processes.
• Pharmacy technician experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between pharmacies, prescribers, and insurers to ensure access and clarity.
• Monitor market trends and adjust strategies for patient access and growth.
• Drive sales/marketing efforts to promote services and secure referrals.
• Maintain frequent communication with patients, providers, and pharmacies.
• Coordinate efforts to improve patient turnaround times and outcomes.
• Manage multiple initiatives with focus on customer satisfaction.
