Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between specialty pharmacies, prescribers, and insurers to ensure access and clarify needs.
• Monitor market trends to adjust strategies for marketing and patient access.
• Support sales/marketing efforts to promote services and secure provider referrals.
• Promote pharmacy services and raise awareness among stakeholders in the healthcare ecosystem.
• Deliver excellent customer service to patients, providers, and pharmacy staff.
• Maintain frequent communication with patients, providers, and pharmacies to resolve issues.
• Coordinate with providers and pharmacies to improve patient turnaround times.
• Prioritize multiple initiatives and resolve complex cases with a patient-centric focus.
• Utilize digital outreach and educational resources to boost patient engagement.
