Job summary

Tenet Healthcare is seeking a Patient Access professional to support registration, scheduling, and pre-admission duties at Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center. You will ensure accurate demographic data and assist with financial clearance, while maintaining Conifer Standards of Care.

Ideal candidates have 0-1 year in customer service or medical admin, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0-1 year in a Customer Service role.
• 0-1 year administrative experience in medical facility, health insurance, or related area preferred
• Some college coursework is preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and complete full patient registration at date of service.
• Educate patients about financial liabilities and collect patient payments when appropriate.
• Verify insurance, eligibility and obtain authorizations as needed for scheduled or unscheduled hospital services.
