University Hospitals Pain Management is seeking a Patient Access Representative for Radiology Registration in Berea, Ohio. This part-time role supports patient intake, enrollment in MyChart, and accurate data entry for demographics and insurance.

You will handle payments, coordinate scheduling, and communicate with care teams to ensure a smooth patient experience and proper revenue cycle operations.

Qualificações

• Experience in patient registration or a front desk role preferred.
• Familiarity with EPIC systems and MyChart is desirable.
• Strong communication and organization skills are essential.
• Ability to process payments and collect copays accurately.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients and check them in/out in a courteous manner.
• Answer calls, respond to questions, and help schedule appointments.
• Assist enrollment in and use of MyChart.
• Enter/update patient demographics, insurance, and billing data.
• Communicate with providers to support patient care.
• Contact insurers for coverage/billing questions as needed.
• Process and collect copays, coinsurance, and balances.
• Assist with forms and documentation; manage EPIC queues.
• Schedule referrals and follow-ups; scan/upload documents.
