Responsibilities

• Performs scheduling, registration, pre-admission processing, ADT functions across clinics.
• Verifies insurance benefits, pre-certifications, cost estimates; collects co-pays.
• Provides wayfinding and customer service to patients and visitors.
• Maintains accurate registration paperwork and gathers signatures as needed.
• Coordinates with Care Management and Social Work for reimbursement-related info.
• Acts as training resource for department staff and new employees.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
