• Knowledge of health insurances and medical terminology.
• Bilingual skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient registration functions courteously and professionally.
• Greet and register patients.
• Collect and analyze required data for pre-registration and registration; follow HIPAA and related regulations.
• May transport patients by wheelchair when needed.
• Assist with admissions coordination and billing information updates.
