Job summary

Tenet Healthcare Corporation is seeking a Patient Access representative for the Nacogdoches Medical Center location. The role supports scheduling, registration, pre-admission and admission tasks, including collecting patient demographic and financial information and ensuring compliant liability collection before, during, and after service.

The position requires handling full patient registration, insurance verification, and coordinating post-discharge care where needed within a Monday–Friday Day

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year in a Customer Service role preferred.
• 0–1 year administrative experience in medical facility, health insurance, or related area preferred.
• Some college coursework is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and complete full patient registration.
• Educate patients about financial liabilities and collection techniques.
• Verify insurance, obtain authorizations, and support scheduling and post-discharge care.
