Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients, collect demographics and insurance information.
• Schedule appointments and assist with patient flow in multiple admission areas.
• Educate patients on admissions procedures and rights; obtain signatures.
• Handle cash collections and post payments with receipts.
• Maintain accurate patient charts and ensure proper filing per HIM policies.
• Assist with ED triage/discharge and PAT Lab reception as needed.
