Qualifications

• Three years Patient Access (desired)

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-registration for upcoming procedures and complete financial clearance
• Initiate authorizations for non-scheduled admissions and scheduled procedures
• Handle referrals, pre-authorizations, and insurance verification
• Respond to patient and provider questions by phone or via system interfaces
• Maintain high level of customer service for patients, providers, and team members
