Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a Patient Access & Pre-Access Supervisor in Blue Ash, OH. The role leads a staff responsible for patient registration activities and ensures accurate pre-registration while maintaining quality customer service.

You will train and coach staff, monitor productivity, and prepare performance reports. Eligible candidates typically have 1–3 years of supervisory experience in healthcare and a related degree, with strong Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• 2 Year/ Associate degree or 4 year/ Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 1–3 years supervisory experience in healthcare or business field preferred.
• Ability to lead/direct others; high degree of analytical ability; working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate registration and pre-registration duties with staff.
• Provide training and monitor daily productivity and reporting.
• Schedule staff and manage time off, shift rotations, and on-call coverage.
• Support upfront collection tracking and coaching; conduct audits and provide continual coaching.
