Thisiscny seeks an Outpatient Administrative Specialist to support ambulatory services at Upstate Cancer Ctr-Community in Syracuse. You will handle patient check-in/out, verify demographics, insurance and financial information, and prepare routine forms and documentation.

You will also schedule complex multi-provider visits, process referrals, collect co-pays, assist with denials, and obtain necessary insurance authorizations while delivering excellent patient service across the front desk.

Qualifikationen

• Associates Degree in healthcare related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume healthcare setting.
