Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Associate degree in Business or Healthcare Administration preferred.
• CHAA or CAM certification required within one year of employment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of patient access staff and coordinate activities to ensure efficient patient flow.
• Maintain payroll time records and generate reports for leadership.
• Interview and recommend applicants for employment.
• Prepare and present performance reports to Leadership.
• Cross-train staff and cover gaps in Patient Access areas as needed.
• Conduct audits to ensure data accuracy in registration and billing systems.
• Provide training on policies, procedures, and systems; lead department meetings.
