Responsibilities

• Greet, interview, register, admit, and discharge patients.
• Coordinate department/clinic diagnostic and treatment activities with other departments.
• Supervise sponsorship eligibility, financial arrangements, and fee setting.
• Liaise with medical staff to administer patient flow and clinic resources.
• Review charges and explain billing procedures to patients.
• Plan, schedule and allocate clerical staff and facilities for duties.
• Train new personnel and assist with hiring/performance processes.
• Perform other related duties as needed.
