Job summary

Conifer Health, part of the Tenet and Catholic Health Initiatives family, seeks a seasoned leader to run daily Patient Access operations. You will oversee pre-service and point-of-service financial clearance, staffing, and policy enforcement to ensure service levels and budgets are achieved.

Strong candidates will have supervisory experience in healthcare, excellent communication, and a solid grasp of health information systems and revenue cycle processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Patient Access operations.
• Develop and implement action plans for Registration Process and financial clearance.
• Manage operational metrics to meet goals and budget guidelines.
• Oversee staffing activities including hiring, training, and mentoring.
• Enforce policies and help develop new ones aligned with hospital guidelines.
• Report deficits and problems with recommended solutions to leadership.
