Job summary

Planned Parenthood of Greater Texas, Inc. seeks a Patient Access Flow Coordinator to support the Patient Access Manager by ensuring productive, professional calls and accurate scheduling in a fast-paced contact center.

You will audit inbound and outbound interactions, coach staff, and ensure good faith estimates for uninsured or self-pay patients, while guiding cross-functional communication across health centers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent plus 2 years of call center experience.
• Associate’s degree plus 1 year of call center experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with some call center experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring the contact center floor to ensure productive operations.
• Review inbound/outbound patient interactions via phone and EMR, conduct call audits.
• Score interactions and provide feedback to improve training and workflows.
• Coach and support Patient Access Representatives.
• Handle escalated calls and triage patient needs.
• Provide accurate information about services and scheduling.
• Ensure GFE policies and fee quotes are accurate.
