Job summary

CHRISTUS Health in Beaumont, TX, is seeking a leader to oversee daily Patient Access operations across Inpatient, Outpatient, ER and Day Surgery. The role supports the Patient Access Director and ensures staffing, scheduling, and policy compliance.

You will coordinate admission processes, maintain accurate patient records, and optimize POS collections while striving for high patient and associate satisfaction. 8AM–5PM, Full Time on-site.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or coordinating experience in healthcare settings.
• Strong understanding of policies and procedures and confidentiality.
• Experience with patient access processes and revenue cycle elements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of assigned areas.
• Ensure staff training and performance objectives are met.
• Monitor registration operations across Inpatient, Outpatient, ER, and Day Surgery.
• Ensure documentation is complete and accurate in hospital systems.
• Manage POS collections and ensure audit readiness.
• Foster patient, associate, and physician satisfaction.
• Maintain staff schedules and approve time off.
• Coordinate with other supervisory staff to maintain workflow.
