Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for patient interactions.
• Strong computer skills with familiarity in medical-based programs.
• Experience in healthcare settings and with insurance/payer processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate patient access across Urgent Care and related sites.
• Collect and verify patient information to ensure accuracy and reimbursement.
• Assist with scheduling, registration, and insurance details.
• Support safety and compliance duties as required.
