Job summary

Intuitive Health is seeking a Part-time Patient Access Advocate for nights to join our UF Health Central partnership. The role centers on front-desk registration, insurance verification, and payment collection within an ED/UC setting.

You will serve patients and families with a welcoming, professional demeanor. Responsibilities include check-in/out, HIPAA compliance, data entry, and coordinating with staff to ensure smooth patient flow during 6:30p–7a shifts, two 12-hour weeks and one weekend

Qualifications

• Typing 50 wpm or higher is required.
• Proficient with basic Microsoft Office tools.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and answer phones with a courteous, professional manner.
• Register patients and verify demographics and insurance information.
• Collect copays and explain billing to patients; document in EHR systems.
