Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage electronic work queues to ensure timely processing and minimize denials.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, including No Surprises Act requirements, and prepare Good Faith Estimates.
• Verify patient demographic, financial, and clinical data with high accuracy.
• Maintain and verify EHR data integrity, including proper scanning and indexing of documents.
• Provide patient financial counseling and communicate estimated balances sensitively.
• Collaborate across Rush campuses to standardize registration and financial clearance workflows.
