Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA/RN/MSN preferred.
• 8+ years in pharmaceutical access or reimbursement.
• 2–3 years in leadership roles in access or market access.
• Deep knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement processes.
• Strong communication, presentation and analytical skills.

For our client, we are seeking a Patient Access Manager Lead - Northeast to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This role will guide a regional patient access team in improving reimbursement support, resolving coverage barriers, and strengthening the customer experience for healthcare providers and patients. The leader will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to address access challenges, evaluate field insights, and drive operational improvements across the market access function. This is a hands‑on leadership position with responsibility for coaching, escalation management, and team performance in a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $160,000 – $200,000 annually
