Ladders is seeking a Patient Access Manager II - Central to join our client’s team in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This remote role focuses on guiding patients through therapy access and reimbursement, coordinating with patients, caregivers, payers, and internal teams. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Compensation ranges from $103,500 to $165,600 annually. This position requires a service-oriented professional with healthcare access expertise

Qualifications

• BS/BA or a relevant four-year degree; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years in healthcare or biotech, including 3+ years of field-based experience.
• Experience working directly with patients and caregivers; rare disease experience is a plus.
• Deep understanding of insurance products and medication reimbursement processes
• Familiarity with legal and regulatory compliance in the biotech industry

This remote role will focus on guiding patients through therapy access and reimbursement processes, with a strong emphasis on coordination across patients, caregivers, payers, and internal teams. The position plays a critical role in helping patients overcome access barriers, while staying aligned with evolving payer requirements and compliance expectations. It requires a service-oriented professional who can combine healthcare access expertise with thoughtful problem-solving in a regulated biotech environment.
