Job summary

Syneos Health in Chicago, IL is seeking a Patient Access Manager to lead a team of Patient Access Specialists and drive launch of patient access initiatives across the region.

You will oversee education on reimbursement, PHI handling for neuroscience products, and ensure compliant, customer-focused operations while meeting business goals.

The role requires extensive reimbursement leadership, regulatory awareness, and willingness to travel up to 75%.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in reimbursement, contract strategy, managed care sales, Part B/Medical benefit, and/or healthcare/pharmaceuticals.
• Specialty pharmacy channel experience; CMS policy and process knowledge.
• Current driver’s license in good standing with the ability to travel overnight up to 75 %. Must live within or close to the territory boundaries.

As the Patient Access Manager, you will be responsible for the successful launch of patient access initiatives within the assigned geographic region. You will lead a team of Patient Access Specialists and ensure that their activities achieve the organization’s objectives.

Annual Base Salary: $180,000 to $190,000. The salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position and may vary based on qualifications and performance. Some positions may include a company car or car allowance, and eligibility to earn commissions or bonuses based on company and/or individual performance.
