Syneos Health is seeking a Patient Access Manager to lead, coach and develop the Patient Access Specialists in the assigned region, ensuring the team contributes to key reimbursement and access goals for neuroscience products.
This role requires 8+ years in reimbursement, CMS policy knowledge, the ability to travel up to 75%, a valid driver's license, and residence within the territory. Base salary ranges from $180,000 to $190,000 with potential commissions or bonuses based on performance.

In this role, you will be responsible for the successful launch of patient access initiatives of our client within the assigned geographic region. The primary focus of the Patient Access Manager is to ensure that the activities of the Patient Access Specialists contribute to the achievement of the objectives. You will:
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $180,000 to $190,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include a company car or car allowance and eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
