Qualifications

• Education and/or experience: Minimum of two years of front-end office experience and two years of medical billing experience preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Medical, Dental, Vision and Behavioral Health Access Coordinators and oversee staffing and scheduling.
• Identify opportunities to improve patient access, service, and experience.
• Ensure accurate EHR data, registration and demographics for billing and audits.
• Monitor insurance eligibility and point-of-service collections; review weekly collection reports.
• Support Sliding Fee Program compliance and audits with the Sliding Fee Coordinator.
• Develop and update policies, workflows, and training to improve efficiency.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain a professional, patient-centered environment.
