Job summary

Central Ozarks Medical Center seeks a leadership role to oversee Medical, Dental, Vision and Behavioral Health Access Coordinators across COMC locations. You will supervise staffing, training, scheduling, coverage, and performance coaching to ensure high-quality patient access and service.

You will drive front desk workflow improvements, EHR data accuracy, and revenue cycle support while ensuring HIPAA and 340B compliance. Travel to COMC locations may be required as part of leadership duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of front-end office experience and two years of medical billing experience preferred.
• Experience with EHR and billing processes preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and 340B regulations is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Medical, Dental, Vision and Behavioral Health Access Coordinators.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and coverage across all Access Coordinator functions.
• Coordinate vacations, sick leave, and other staffing needs to maintain coverage.
• Provide onboarding and ongoing training for Access Coordinators.
• Conduct employee performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback.
• Identify opportunities to improve patient access, service, and patient experience.
• Monitor front desk operations and optimize provider schedules for Medicaid and Medicare populations.
• Assist with workflow improvements in registration, data accuracy, and revenue cycle support.
• Support sliding fee program implementation and audits.
• Develop policies, procedures, and workflows to create a patient-centered practice.
