Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the patient access department, fostering excellence and collaboration.
• Supervise and mentor a team of patient access professionals.
• Perform advanced patient registration tasks, including complex scenarios.
• Ensure accurate collection and entry of patient demographic and insurance information into the hospital's EHR.
• Coordinate and supervise patient appointment scheduling for various services.
• Supervise insurance verification processes and resolve related issues.
