Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and completing full patient registration; explains and secures hospital and patient forms.
• Provides full patient financial counseling and collects patient liability using compliant techniques.
• Verifies insurance, benefits, and eligibility; obtains authorizations for scheduled and unscheduled services.
• Leads shift Patient Access Operations and collaborates with Department leaders in process and operational excellence.
