Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two (2) to Three (3) years’ experience in a supervisory or lead role.
• Two (2) to Three (3) years’ experience working in a Pre-service or Patient Access operations.
• Obtain National certification in HFMA CRCR, NAHAM CHAA & or NAHAM CHAM required within one (1) year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations & oversee staff.
• Participate in staffing and scheduling to meet KPIs.
• Ensure timely financial clearance and accuracy in patient registration.
• Coordinate with leadership to implement department plans and priorities.
• Respond to customer needs and resolve issues promptly.
