LCMC Health in Covington, LA is seeking a Patient Access Lead who will guide the patient journey from scheduling to admissions, leading by example and ensuring accurate, efficient and compassionate service.

You will coach staff, coordinate coverage, update EMR, and work with providers to start care smoothly. This dayshift, full-time role is central to delivering patient‑centered care in our Louisiana community.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED with 3+ years in customer service or healthcare.
• Ability to lead by example and coach staff.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
