Job summary

320 Crescent City Physicians, Inc. in New Orleans seeks a Patient Access Associate to welcome patients, schedule visits, handle check-ins, and verify demographics and insurance. You will help patients feel comfortable and informed while working with providers and clinic staff to keep the day running smoothly.

You will explain financial responsibility and collect payments when appropriate, collaborating in a fast-paced clinic to deliver compassionate care and accurate patient data.

As a Patient Access Associate in our clinic, you welcome patients, schedule appointments, handle check-ins, and make sure patient information is accurate and secure. You help patients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for—especially when they’re feeling stressed or unsure. You’ll work closely with providers and clinic staff to keep the day running smoothly, all while building a career in a supportive, growth-focused healthcare environment.
